What is included

• Incorporation and CAC. Standalone incorporation, post-incorporation filings and changes, and annual returns to keep the company's filings current at the CAC.
• Tax registrations. Company tax registration and a Tax ID with the Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS, formerly FIRS).
• Trademarks and IP. Trademark search, filing and prosecution, copyright, and standalone IP assignments.
• Data protection. NDPC registration and the annual data-protection Compliance Audit Return (CAR).
• Regulatory and sector licences. SCUML and FCCPC registration, and sector licences with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN), the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and other sector regulators, where your activity requires one.
• Compliance policies. Anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) policies, data-protection policies, and one-off compliance audits.
• Document drafting. A single agreement, policy or legal opinion, drafted or reviewed on request.

We agree the fee in writing before we start. Official costs such as CAC, regulator and registry fees, and any VAT or withholding tax, are billed separately and set by the relevant body.
